Horror Movie Survival Guide
Horror Movie Survival Guide is a weekly podcast where two long time chums (and unlikely gorehounds) watch and talk about horror films from a survival point of view. We ask the question - how can *we* end up as the final girl? Join Julia Marchese and Teri Gamble as we take a deep dive into everything from OG horror to newly released films (but preferably classics on VHS). We'll talk about obscure details that no one else notices, spin off into alternate casting universes, crush on some foxy, dodgy fellows (and creepy uncles), and arm ourselves with the knowledge necessary to become The Final Girl!

Dead of Night - "None of us exist at all."
Our next round of films were all picked by our wonderful Sound Editor/Producer - Sierra Rein! She has fantastic taste and I think you will find these next films just as delightful as we did!
First up is DEAD OF NIGHT (1945) a classic horror anthology with a wraparound story that is just as well done as each individual segment. This film has clearly influenced the horror genre for decades - the seeds of so many of our favorite films are evident here form an Oculus style mirror tale to a Puppet Master gone wrong.
Mervyn Johns stars as our hero, Walter Craig - an architect who sets the whole story in motion as head heads out to the country and shares supernatural stories laced with impending doom!
